We are seeking a safety conscious CDL Driver to join our team in Monroe, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a garbage truck on residential and/or commercial routes. The position is physically demanding and the requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays
  • Start time: 4:30 a.m.
  • Workweek: 45-50 hours
  • Typical workday: 10-12 hours

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $21 - 22 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including family benefits, 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, vacation, and year-round overtime

Requirements

  • Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License
  • 2 year of CDL driving experience
  • Strong customer service skills
