What You’ll Do
- Monitor daily operations, adjust staffing, and reassign employees as needed.
- Develop and execute safety goals to keep our team and community safe.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Review and resolve customer concerns related to post-collection programs.
- Lead performance reviews and coaching conversations.
- Set short- and long-term goals for transfer stations and execute action plans.
- Manage budgets and P&L for multiple sites.
- Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 2 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, people-driven environment.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and business systems.
