In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, supporting our sales team, nurturing customer relationships, and helping drive business growth. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow and retain business. Support outside sales representatives with scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Coordinate appointments and follow-ups between clients and the sales team. Manage and update customer contact and contract information. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care. Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with services. Maintain accurate records in CRM, including leads, opportunities, and sales data. Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role. Strong data entry and computer skills (CRM experience a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
