What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier position at Wasson Nursery Inc?

Wasson is looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier to be the smiling face that sends our customers home and happy (and probably a little dirtier than when they arrived).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ringing up plants, pottery, mulch, and all thing gardeners didn't plan to buy.
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome from hello to checkout.
- Answering basic questions (or knowing who to call when someone asks about a plant you've never met before).
- Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Being a part of the garden center energy during our busiest, and most exciting, seasons.
- Other duties as assigned.
