Wasserman Next Gen is looking for a motivated individual to join our Insights & Analytics team as a Senior Manager.
The Wasserman Next Gen Insights & Analytics team leads our efforts around measurement, custom research, analytics, and the development of insight-driven strategies. The Senior Manager will support the advancement of Wasserman’s perspective on Next Gen consumer behavior and performance measurement.
The candidate should be analytically minded and demonstrate the ability to plan and execute primary consumer research (quantitative and qualitative). They will have the opportunity to integrate multiple data sources to tell the story of the audience target and associated strategy, while also planning and executing a rigorous measurement protocol to assess the performance of program implementation. We look for those fueled by innate intellectual curiosity, and an unshakable accountability with a team-first attitude.
This is a fixed-term role currently approved through December 31, 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond that date based on business needs and performance.

What You'll Do:
- Leverage syndicated and proprietary research tools to identify and extract consumer insight and program performance data
- Produce actionable, insight-driven narratives and solutions by synthesizing and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Assist and as needed, lead research projects for key clients to inform activation strategies, shape recommendations, and optimize performance
- Learn and utilize measurement models to inform ROI for clients
- Lead group calls, meetings, and presentations
- Support a wide range of business development efforts, including the creation of new client pitches and responses to RFPs as well as budget building
- Display continuous thought leadership by monitoring the Next Gen consumer engagement landscape to keep internal stakeholders and clients abreast of key trends and developments
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop and craft internal and client deliverables, such as presentations, reporting tools, and supporting materials
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with both internal and external clients
- Comply with work plans and overall project logistics to help ensure delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, research, or analytics-based role
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working proficiency with research tools and applications, including by not limited to syndicated (e.g., Scarborough, GWI), visualization (Tableau), and data management and analysis (e.g., Qualtrics, Q) platforms
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Must have superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to think creatively in a team environment
- Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances
