  • Strategic & curious: Take genuine curiosity in the work we do for our clients, including an interest in sports and the business of sports. While you’re not a subject matter expert on revenue valuation and you’re not an analyst fielding custom research studies, you want to learn and understand the services we provide to clients to fill in your understanding of what Wasserman does and why we’re unique.

You’re not a designer, but you know how to balance visuals and text on a slide. You’ve been known to “design” things in PowerPoint/Keynote. It bothers you when text formatting isn’t consistent from slide to slide. You’re known to be detail oriented.

  • Proactive project management skills: You’re able to draft work back schedules for projects and collaborate with key stakeholders to gain input and buy in. Then, you hold everyone accountable to the timeline, jumping into Slack to communicate consistent updates, taking detailed meeting notes and developing accurate, actionable next steps coming out of all meetings and check-ins, as well as open items that require input from the team.
  • Highly organized and able to handle high volume: The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize amongst multiple projects with different and at times competing deadlines, will follow existing file organization systems to manage and archive all client decks, presentations and case studies, ensuring we have a record of all outgoing client materials and ensuring all materials that are developed are accessible to everyone in the org in the appropriate Box/Drive locations.
