As our Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will play an important role in providing safe, effective, and timely medication management while working closely with our providers, nurses, and other members of our clinical team. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients and become an important part of a close-knit healthcare community.

Our Pharmacy Department is open Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, giving you a consistent schedule and plenty of time to enjoy life outside of work.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge and oversee the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department.
- Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with provider prescriptions, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with medical providers and clinical staff regarding medication selection, dosing, drug interactions, contraindications, and potential side effects.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare staff.
- Promote safe and effective medication use and help optimize patient health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and facility standards.
- Stay current with advances in pharmacology, medication therapy, and best practices in pharmacy care.
- Support a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on quality care and excellent service.
Requirements
- Current, active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Previous pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, medication management, and patient safety.
- Experience with RPMS electronic medical record system is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Salary : $128,850 - $158,550
