Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Coordinate referral management for specialist consultations
- Order and track imaging and laboratory tests
- Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Interact professionally and empathetically with patients
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in medical assisting
