This is a part-time, on-site role for a Head Coach based in Washougal, WA. The Head Coach will oversee training programs, develop strategies to improve performance, and mentor athletes. Responsibilities also include coordinating schedules, planning events, and fostering positive relationships within the washougal community.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of
Crossfit
- coaching methods,
Level 1 certified.
- Experience in Planning, Organization, and Time Management
- Social Media skills
- Passion for fostering membership collaboration and positive dynamics
