Washman Car Wash is one of the premier car wash operations in the Pacific Northwest with multiple locations throughout Oregon and Washington. And we are continuing to grow our teams!

Washman Car Wash is seeking dependable and energetic Car Wash Preppers to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering sparkling clean cars with fast and friendly service to all of our customers. Car Wash Preppers prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel by performing detailed, repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently and safely. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Car Wash Prepper Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Prepare vehicles prior to entering the wash tunnel, including pre-spraying, pressure washing, and removing debris

• Safely operate a pressure washer to pre-clean vehicles as needed

• Perform repetitive motions such as spraying and guiding vehicles using hand motions throughout the shift

• Ensure vehicles are properly aligned and safe to enter the wash tunnel

• Identify and communicate vehicle concerns or safety issues to customers and management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe prep area

• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and Washman Car Wash standards

• Assist with additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, grasping, and repetitive arm and hand movements

• Continuous use of hands and arms for pressure washing, spraying, and guiding vehicles

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25–50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, wind, and other weather conditions

• Ability to safely work around moving vehicles, water, chemicals, and mechanical equipment

• Visual and auditory ability sufficient to safely perform essential job functions

Sunday-Thursday 8:00AM-4:30PM or 9:00AM to 5:30PM
