What are the responsibilities and job description for the OKC S/R Rail Driver position at WASHITA VALLEY ENTERPRISES INCORPORATED?
Class A CDL Rail Shuttle Driver:
- Comply with all FMCSA DOT REGULATIONS and in-house rules.
- Conduct daily pre trip and post trip inspections of the vehicle and report any problems or damage to management as per FMCSA Regulation Part 396
- Able to identify OOS issues on Trailers, Trucks, and Heavy Equipment
- Responsible for flatbed Cargo Securement, Strapping and securing the loads.
- Make several trips a day back and forth between the OKC yards and the rail yard
- Dropping and hooking several trailers daily
- Securing the load after hooking up to the trailer
- Initiative-taking and have a strong work ethic.
- minimum 25 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years flatbed experience or 5 years experience

Qualifications
Class A CDL Truck Driver (Experienced) Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL Driver’s License
- MVR with no major moving violations or excessive points
- No DWI/DUI in last 10 years
- 2 years driving experience Required with Flatbed experience preferred.
- Nationwide Criminal Background check required.
- Drug Screening Required
- Ability to read, write, and speak well in English.
- Push, Pull, Kneel, Bend, Lift, Squat up to 100 lbs. or more.

Front End Wheel Loader/ Rough Terrain Operator (Experienced) requirements:
- Warehouse lifts are not Class 7
- Previous Class 7 Forklift Experience managing Tubular Goods with Forestry Products a plus.
- Additional Pay for Documented Pettibone and/or Telehandler Experience
- Front End Loader Forklift Certification - Class 7
- Initiative-taking with a strong work ethic
- Physically able to lift and move up to 100 lbs.
- Safety Sensitive Position
