Job Summary
The Game Day Staff plays a key role in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for fans attending minor league baseball games. Staff members may be assigned to the Kids’ Area, Parking Operations, or Ushering and will assist with fan engagement, crowd flow, and overall game-day experience.

Key Responsibilities

Kids’ Area Attendant

  • Supervise and operate kids’ games, activities, and inflatables
  • Interact positively with children and families to create an enjoyable experience
  • Distribute prizes or promotional items as needed
  • Ensure safety rules are followed and equipment is used properly
  • Keep the kids’ area clean, organized, and welcoming

Parking Attendant
  • Direct vehicles safely and efficiently into designated parking areas
  • Assist fans with parking questions and directions
  • Communicate with fellow staff to manage traffic flow before and after games
  • Ensure parking areas remain safe and accessible

Usher

  • Greet fans and assist them in finding their seats
  • Help manage crowd flow in seating areas, concourses, and entrances
  • Enforce stadium policies in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer general questions about the ballpark, promotions, and amenities
