Position Overview
Washington Vascular Specialists is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Clinical Account Manager to lead outreach and growth initiatives for our expanding vascular services and Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) Awareness Program.
In this field-based role, you will serve as a trusted partner to physicians and healthcare providers, driving education, patient access, and program growth across your territory. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes by increasing awareness of, early detection of, and treatment for vascular disease.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with primary care providers, podiatrists, geriatricians, and specialty practices across the region
- Drive business development efforts by identifying, onboarding, and growing new referral accounts
- Promote and expand PAD Awareness Program initiatives through targeted outreach and education
- Deliver in-services, presentations, and clinical education to providers and office staff on vascular disease and treatment options
- Represent Washington Vascular Specialists at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Coordinate and oversee ABI technician activities to support screening and program execution
- Track, analyze, and report on territory performance, referral trends, and outreach activities
- Stay current on vascular disease states, treatment advancements, and industry trends to serve as a credible clinical resource
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support operational and growth objectives

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, provider relations, or clinical outreach experience
- Proven success in account development, territory growth, or referral management
- Experience managing or coordinating ABI technicians or similar clinical support teams strongly preferred
- Established network within the local healthcare community highly desirable
- Familiarity with primary care, podiatry, geriatrics, or vascular services preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the territory
Requirements
- Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (field-based role)
