Position Title: Lead Registered Nurse (RN) – Vascular Surgery | ASC | Multi-Site
Location: Takoma Park, MD, Frederick, MD, Baltimore, MD, Fairfax, VA (Travel Required)

Washington Vascular Specialists is a leading outpatient vascular surgery center (ASC) specializing in endovascular procedures, PAD treatment, limb salvage, and minimally invasive vascular interventions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead RN across multiple ambulatory surgery centers (ASC)
- Provide perioperative nursing care (pre-op, intra-op, post-op)
- Support vascular and endovascular procedures (angiograms, interventions)
- Oversee clinical staff, workflow, and patient throughput
- Ensure compliance, patient safety, and EMR documentation (Athena EMR preferred)
- Train and mentor RNs, MAs, and clinical teams
- Collaborate with vascular surgeons, interventional specialists, and providers
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Maryland required
- DC and/or Virginia license preferred or willingness to obtain
- 3–5 years RN experience in:
- Vascular surgery
- Cath lab
- Interventional radiology (IR)
- Ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
- Leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of perioperative workflow and patient care protocols
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 annually
