Assists students and parents with up-to-date, accurate and complete information regarding financial aid and billing related questions and transactions, signing of documents and scheduling appointments for Student Financial Services Counselors. Contacts may be in person, by phone, via email or through other electronic means.
Other duties of the service center representative may include the following.
- Ensure continuity of federal work-study on-line job information.
- Plan and organize federal work-study information provided to campus partners.
- Assist as needed with monthly Federal Work Study Audit process including monitoring financial aid award reports for award changes.
- Opening and closing of SFS Service Center.
- Balance and reconcile daily transactions.
- SFS Refund check processing.
- Assistance with student service activities related to account inquiries, billing adjustments, financial arrangements and federal financial records.
