Job Description
Job Title: Billing Coordinator
Department: Procurement/Billing
Reports to: Procurement/Billing Manager
Status: Salaried – Non-Exempt
Summary: Provide administrative support in the areas of report generation, office administrative organization and office & clerical functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input Union Labor payroll
- Review mechanics work orders
- Input work orders for billing customer
- Review billing input for accuracy
- Thorough knowledge of the billing department policies and procedures
- Input PMA payroll with 100% accuracy
- Provide administrative support in the areas of report generation and clerical functions
- Establish good working relations with alliance partners, vendors & other customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualification/Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy & Punctuality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer input
- Previous Maintenance & Repair (M&R) working knowledge
- Previous billing experience
Education/Training/ Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior M & R and/or billing experience – prefer 1 years
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
