Job Summary

The Special Education Extended School Year (ESY) summer school program focuses on activities that support student IEPs. The Individual Education Program (IEP) team must determine the need for ESY services on an individual basis each year. Preschool program runs 4 days (Mon-Thur) a week Program dates: June 10-July 8 7:45 am - 8:00 am Prep Time 8:00 am - 1:30 pm Instructional Time 10:30 am - 11:00 am Lunch 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm Professional Development No program June 19th or July 3 (non-duty days)

Requirements / Qualifications

Possession of a valid Education Specialist Teaching Credential (Mild/Moderate) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Please be advised that summer employment is contingent upon state funding and sufficient student enrollment. In the event it becomes necessary to reduce your assignment during the 2026 Summer Program, salary and benefits will be prorated accordingly.
