Immediately hiring a Full Time Cashier/Receptionist for our Ford store in Washington, NJ!

Schedule: Monday- Saturday with a day off during the week!
Cashier Duties
- Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment
- Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system
- Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner
- Preparing and making deposits
- Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
- Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
- Inputting of additional service requests
- Calculating payments and performing data entry
- Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include, but are not limited, to the following;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pleasant and professional phone manners
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
