Receptionist
Washington Title & Guaranty is the preeminent Abstracting and Title Research Company operating in Keokuk and Washington Counties and we are looking for a full-time receptionist for our office in downtown Washington, Iowa.
Job responsibilities include:
- Greeting walk-in customers and answering incoming phone calls
- Receiving and Entering orders from both online and in person orders
- Assisting Abstractors in proofing and completing work
- Organizing stored abstracts and prior work files
- Other Clerical work as assigned
Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma
- Basic computer skills and typing ability, need to be familiar with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking, within and outside the office
- Ability to work under pressure (time and accuracy)
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines
- Must be reliable and detail oriented
