Washington State Green Bank is pleased to share its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, conducted by Clark Nuber, P.S., a certified public accounting firm based in Bellevue, Washington.
Clark Nuber issued a clean (unqualified) opinion, finding that the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the organization in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. 2025 was Washington State Green Bank’s first year of meaningful financial activity.
