- Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT)is currently seeking multiple Transportation Engineers to manage the scope, schedule, and budget of highway design and construction projects while leading all phases of project delivery, including planning, design, and construction. This supervisory role includes mentoring and guiding engineering and technical staff, identifying training needs, and fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning. The selected candidate will coordinate effectively with contractors, project managers, and inspectors to proactively resolve challenges, support team members' career growth, and ensure successful project delivery.
