Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Highway Maintenance Supervisor to perform a variety of highway maintenance tasks on several assigned subsections of the highway. This position plans, budgets, schedules, and supervises the work of one or more highway maintenance crews to keep the transportation system safe and operational to ensure the movement of people and commerce. This position leads by example and ensures their work units operate efficiently, effectively, and safely; and is critical in fostering an inclusive and healthy work environment that challenges all staff to be respectful and professional.
