Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physician to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive inpatient medical care, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of medical conditions across diverse patient populations, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on excellence in patient care. Duties

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care across various medical specialties, including internal medicine and critical care.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating diagnostic evaluations such as medical imaging and laboratory results.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate complex care needs, including perioperative care, trauma medicine, and specialty consultations like cardiology or neurology.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions using advanced procedures such as airway management, suturing, and IV infusion.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately within Electronic Health Record while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Participate in discharge planning, clinical research initiatives, and quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and hospital standards.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with active medical licensure in the relevant state or region.
  • Proven experience in hospital medicine or inpatient care settings; experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency with EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms; familiarity with medical imaging interpretation is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of physiology, pharmacology, and clinical procedures including airway management, catheterization, and wound care.
  • Ability to perform clinical evaluations across multiple specialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, pulmonology, and infectious disease care.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient service delivery.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Experience with hospital protocols related to infection control, discharge planning, and post-operative care.

Pay: $275,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
