We believe, through the efforts of our collective team, we can improve lives in our community.We are currently seeking a Property Manager to lead operations at our residential community in College Park, MD.Your New RoleAs Property Manager, you oversee one of our flagship assets. You are responsible for the financial performance of the assets, leadership, mentoring and development of staff, and ensuring all operations are within our standards of safety, high quality customer service and efficient operations.What Sets You ApartExperience:You have a minimum of 5 years experience in residential property management, with experience managing an asset(s) with a minimum of 100 units total. You possess a strong track record of success in rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI.Skills:Youdemonstrate strong leadership and change management skills to influence the efforts of your team. You haveexcellent communication (both verbal and written),strongorganizational, and analytical skills.
