- Oversee vendor management by negotiating contracts, tracking deliveries, and maintaining professional relationships to support office needs.
- Supervise team members, providing training and development opportunities while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs.
- Coordinate event planning activities for meetings, training sessions, or company functions to promote team engagement.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing clerical duties like multi-line phone systems, filing, and front desk operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite including spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and tracking sales performance metrics.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management combined with strong supervisory skills and team leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally via phone or email.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in event planning, vendor negotiations, human resources functions including payroll processing, and office administration.
- Knowledge of medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating technical proficiency in office software and financial tools.
