Personal Injury Case Manager
Washington Legal Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze each case to determine the best course of legal action.
- Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
- Communicate with clients frequently to provide updates, set expectations, and ensure they understand next steps.
- Obtain and review police reports, medical records, and supporting documentation.
- Draft and send demand packages; negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters.
- Coordinate with attorneys to prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, or trial.
- Maintain proactive communication with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Monitor client medical treatment and ensure all records and bills are up to date.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and comply with state and federal laws.
- Maintain organized case files and assist in ensuring timely case progression.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in personal injury case management or a related legal field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
- Experience handling bodily injury cases from intake to settlement is required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working with clients who have experienced trauma.
- Familiarity with personal injury litigation and settlement procedures.
- Comfort using case management software and maintaining accurate documentation.
