***NOTE: This role is primarily full-time onsite. The department offers the privilege of working remotely up to two (2) days per week, contingent upon role responsibilities, business needs, and manager approval.
Salary Range: $125,000-$188,000
Summary of Duties: The EPIC Applications Analyst system analyst analyzes business processes, workflows and functional requirements for various departments, configures, builds and tests assigned application functionality, provides end-user support and training for Epic System and new releases. Epic Certified Analyst for build, testing, training and workflow analysis and improvement. This individual will be a support for the operational department and physicians, support for maintenance and issue resolution.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or clinical certifications (i.e. LVN, MA, OTR etc.) is desired
- Healthcare or equivalent experience desired.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Epic ambulatory Certification required, NVT 2026
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare is required; Epic Ambulatory application build and support experience is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT or Epic EMR, with at least 3 years of experience as an Epic EMR analyst
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of the Epic EMR systems across an organization
- Leads system design and optimization projects to improve system functionality and end-user efficiency
- Provides input in system policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify system needs and develop solutions
- Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for end-users
- Provides guidance and support as needed to other analysts
- Monitor system performance and conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and security
- Execute tasks with little to no supervision required (Independent with little to no support)
- Ability to mentor junior analysts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Virtual Meeting Tools (Zoom, Teams, Go-To)
Salary : $125,000 - $188,000
