Organizational Development Specialist (GS-14)
Location: Mark Center, Alexandria, VA

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) professional to join a dynamic team focused on driving workforce transformation, culture change, and program management across a federal organization.
What You'll Do:
Design and execute organizational development strategies including change management, workforce assessments, and talent development initiatives. Lead and manage conflict coaching, anti-harassment, and sexual assault prevention and response (SAPR) programs. Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation. Develop and deliver EEO-related program management in alignment with federal policies and directives.
What You Bring:
Deep expertise in organizational development, change management, and talent management at the federal level. Direct experience managing or supporting anti-harassment, EEO, or SAPR programs. Strong conflict management and coaching skills. Ability to assess organizational health and recommend evidence-based interventions.
