Responsibilities include:
• Managing fabrication shop operations and staff
• Overseeing production schedules and workflow
• Ensuring quality control and safety standards
• Coordinating with sales, templating, and installation teams
Qualifications:
• Experience in stone/granite/quartz fabrication
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
