About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on expert across SAP Finance and Controlling processes, driving functional design, configuration, and optimization for our global SAP environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional business partners to translate financial requirements into scalable SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA, Cost Center Accounting, etc.)
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end solutions aligned with financial and controlling best practices
- Support month-end and year-end close processes through system validation, troubleshooting, and automation opportunities
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA initiatives, system upgrades, testing, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP modules
- Create and maintain documentation including functional specs, test scripts, and training materials
- Provide day-to-day user support and training
Qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, and/or 7 years equivalent work experience. (S/4HANA experience a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost controlling, and financial reporting
- Proven experience in SAP configuration and integration with MM, SD, and PP modules
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques, including SQL/NoSQL.
- Experience with SuccessFactors

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
