What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency Physician - Olympia position at Washington Emergency Care Physicians?
Olympia Emergency Care Physicians (OECP) is a physician-led, democratic group providing the highest quality emergency care in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for experienced full-time Board-Certified Emergency Physicians to join our group. Our Full-time position is twelve 8-hour shifts per month.
OECP offers a competitive compensation package, plus benefits for full-time providers that includes:
- Tiered compensation package based on experience (base of $200.00-$215.00 per hour)
- Eligible for quarterly patient experience/RVU performance bonus after Partnership

Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, OECP staffs MultiCare’s emergency department at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA and the MultiCare off-campus emergency department in Lacey, WA. The city itself rests on the southern shores of the Puget Sound, between the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges. This allows for easy access to skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, and a multitude of other outdoor activities. Olympia is within a few hours of some of the world’s best wineries.
