Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms and public areas
- Review daily housekeeping reports and prepare inspection worksheets for each assigned floor
- Coordinate with the Front Desk to update room status and resolve discrepancies
- Inspect all vacant, stayover, cleaned, and VIP rooms, reporting and addressing any deficiencies
- Ensure rooms are properly stocked and deep cleaned as scheduled
- Review completed assignments for accuracy and quality at the end of each shift
- Complete inspection sheets for each room attendant in assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues to Engineering and coordinate necessary repairs or special projects
- Prepare work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain clear communication with the housekeeping, maintenance and front office teams to ensure efficient operations
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or related professional area.
- Developed English skills (written and orally)
- Strong attention to detail
- Frequent bending, standing and walking.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
