**Drive the development and enhancement of mission critical software, ensuring reliable and efficient operations while supporting a positive user experience.**

- What to Expect-**
Support Ongoing Development And Maintenance Of Agency Systems
- Independently or as part of a team, troubleshoot organization wide production applications by analyzing the situation and chooses a solution based on best practices and team strategies.
- Identify issues submitted through trouble tickets and activity logs and communicate with customers regarding software problem resolutions, up to and including necessary user training.
- Evaluate support incidents and customer interactions and translate those into maintenance design and development plans.
- Develop requirements for enhancements to agency systems.
- Maintain and support agency wide application systems.
- Diagnose application server and database problems across all environments and implement solutions.
- Maintain and configure development and test application servers.
- Produce, design and develop complex software applications that meet agency and customer requirements, adhering to agency, state, and federal policies for security, accessibility, and open data requirements.
- Consult with customers, information technology staff, agency domain experts and commercial system developers to investigate and analyze agency business processes and data requirements.
- Work independently through all levels and stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Contribute to solutions in the resolution of complex issues.
- Design and develop integration toolsets that interface with other systems, including both internal and cloud service providers.
Server configuration and maintenance to ensure web applications are hosted efficiently and securely, adhering to agency, state, and federal policies for security and accessibility.
Collaborate with information technology staff, agency domain experts, and commercial system developers to understand and implement server requirements for various web applications.
