Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality restorative procedures, including placing and finishing composite and amalgam restorations.
- Take digital radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos.
- Assist the dentist in complex four-handed dentistry.
- Maintain a clean, sterile environment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Provide patient education on post-operative care and oral hygiene.
- Manage patient flow effectively to ensure a smooth schedule in a busy clinical setting.
Requirements
- Certification: Valid state EFDA certification/license.
- Experience: Proven experience in restorative dentistry; experience in a high-volume or Medicaid-based office is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical hand skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
