What You’ll Be Doing
- The Air Traffic Controller: Managing and triaging calls with efficiency.
- The Face of the Practice: Checking patients in/out and ensuring all records are up to date.
- The Scheduler: Navigating a complex calendar to maximize office flow and minimize wait times.
- The Problem Solver: Handling billing inquiries, insurance verifications, and those "unexpected" moments that happen in a busy office.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office software (experience with Dentrix Ascend is a huge plus!).
