Freedom Transit, a public transportation agency, is seeking a qualified and reliable Customer Service Representative to respond to telephone or walk-in requests for public transit services.
Full-Time position, Monday through Friday, Daytime hours.
Starting rate of $16.50/hour.

Position Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls
- Entering trip requests into computer software
- Responding to questions related to public transportation
- Determining program eligibility and processing customer applications
- Handling customer issues over the phone or in person.
Computer skills, good communication and active listening skills, as well as customer service experience are required. Knowledge of the local area, particularly Washington and Allegheny Counties and the Mon Valley area, is strongly desired.
