MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Must be 18 years of age
· US Citizen
· Valid Operator’s License
· High School diploma or GED
· Good moral character
· Pass intense background check
· Pass polygraph and medical examination/drug screen
· Must have Licensed Practical Nursing certificate
