What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Specialist (Construction) position at Washington County School District?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have specialized knowledge of maintenance work, including construction, carpentry, masonry, heavy equipment operation, plumbing, electrical, concrete, asphalt, heating and air conditioning and locksmith capabilities. CDL license preferred but not required. Experience in providing oversight into construction projects.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Schedule: 260-day contract, Monday-Friday
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
