- Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
- Master-level licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) or Master-level social worker (LMSW) with LCSW-C obtained within three years of employment.
- Experience in working with families of young children and adolescents.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and emotional control; maintain organization and punctuality.
- Understanding and commitment to the goals and values of Washington County Public Schools.
- Required prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to sufficiently move throughout the building and grounds.
- Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with individuals as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, and hear.
- Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Ability to travel district-wide and state-wide if needed.
