ELECTRICIAN
The Washington County Building & Grounds Department is seeking to hire an Electrician to plan, install, maintain, service, repair, and replace all electrical services and equipment. This includes panels, sub panels, lighting, power, HVAC, emergency and security systems and all related equipment. A high school diploma and trade school or the equivalent is required, as is, significant experience and electrical certification. Knowledge of the National Electrical Code. In addition, must be able to operate power hand tools properly and possess a valid driver's license. Assists with fire panels in County buildings and working within the department. Travel to the County parks and other sites around the County will be necessary.
6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Monday-Friday
Benefits after 90 days
Six (6) month probationary period
Vacation after one year of service
Starting wage - $26.821 per hour
After 90 days - $29.801 per hour
