We’re seeking a versatile professional with strong experience in financial systems support and analysis, committed to standardizing processes across Washington County departments. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in systems analysis, design, and database management, along with advanced software proficiency. They excel at troubleshooting and maintaining systems within established governance protocols. With sharp analytical skills, they can interpret complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. A systematic approach and the ability to support a broad user base are key to success in this role. Although not required to be considered, candidates with experience working with Workday financial modules, professional work experience in accounting and payroll, and experience developing and delivering trainings to large groups are preferred.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma/GED AND three (3) years of professional-level business system experience related to the position (Experience supporting financial accounting systems is considered relevant); ORAn Associate degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
