We are a well-established insurance agency in Marietta, Ohio, and part of a growing five-location agency group. We are currently seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position Overview
In this role, you will support and manage an existing book of business by providing high-quality service to our clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accounts are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Service assigned client accounts, including policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries
- Assist clients with claims questions and provide general policy support
- Prepare and process new business applications and account setups
- Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency management system
- Utilize online carrier systems for rating and quoting
- Collect underwriting details and identify appropriate markets for new business opportunities
- Monitor policy expirations and cancellations, ensuring timely follow-up
- Support account retention by delivering excellent customer service
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and occasional client presentations
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
