Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collision & Refinish Technician located in Washington The technician will be responsible for assessing and repairing vehicle damages, refinishing automotive surfaces to meet quality standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Additional responsibilities include the use of repair equipment and materials to restore vehicles to their original pre-
accident condition.
Qualifications
- Experience in collision repair, refinishing, and automotive bodywork techniques
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to auto refinishing and paint application
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in an automotive repair environment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- ASE or I-CAR certifications in collision repair or paint refinishing are preferred
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a variety of vehicles
