Washington Central Unified Union School District is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Superintendent and other central office staff. If you are a highly skilled Executive Assistant who is tech savvy, highly organized and detailed, an effective communicator, a team player who enjoys collaboration, and have the ability to work in a fast paced organization, this job is for you!
This position provides high level support to the Superintendent in managing calendars, schedules and working closely with the Superintendent in coordinating District communications to include maintenance of social media and website platforms. This position also provides support to Human Resources functions as needed.
Other responsibilities include providing support to the School Board and various committees by compiling and distributing meeting packets, preparing meeting warnings and coordinating with town officials. This position also performs a variety of tasks including answering phones, distributing incoming and outgoing mail, and welcoming visitors. This position also serves as a backup and provides support to other positions if and when needed.
Salary : $25 - $34
