**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Washington Center in Argyle, NY. The successful candidate will work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts on a full-time basis.
Duties:
- Collect patient information and record vital signs and temperatures for new residents.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat wounds and bedsores, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Monitor food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
