What you'll do:
- Respond promptly to inbound internet leads, chats, and calls from customers already interested in buying
- Build relationships with customers throughout their buying journey — from first click to signed deal
- Top priority is scheduling appointments for the sales teams
- Coordinate with our sales and finance teams to deliver a seamless, "Remarkable" customer experience
- Stay current on the latest products, incentives, and industry trends to confidently guide customers
- Confirm appointments and conduct follow-up after visits
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

What we're looking for:

- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18–$52/hr. base pay monthly volume bonuses
- 401(k) with employer match (up to 50% of 5%)
