Position Overview: The Marketing Game Night Staff/Brand Ambassador will be positive, upbeat, and committed to promoting the Washington Capitals in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. This is a part-time position to support the Washington Capitals Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:- Assist with all aspects of set-up, execution, and breakdown of gameday giveaways and theme night activations.
- Assist with the setup of in-arena signage and gameday programs.
- Engage and interact with fans at home games and community events to enhance fan experience and champion the Capitals brand.
- Support with special event responsibilities including distribution of promotional items, community activations, and more.
- Serve as an ambassador to the Capitals in the community.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Passionate about sports and supporting the Capitals and the other MSE franchises.
- Previous marketing/promotional/event/street team experience preferred.
- Able to interact with guests and fans in an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly manner.
- Ability to exercise discretion when working with confidential information.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to move quickly throughout the arena using stairs, elevators, and escalators.
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted.
Pay Rate: $18.40 USD/hour.
