Job Description
WBW is looking for Resident Assistant (RA) to act as counselors at Washington Business Week's overnight camp at University of Puget Sound, fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for students. Key to enforcing the student code of conduct, organizing social activities, and ensuring student well-being during the June 19th - 27th program.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of engaging social activities to enrich students' free time.
- Collaborate with Dorm Directors to manage an effective nighttime schedule, ensuring safety and adherence to program guidelines.
- Participate in student activities as a judge and mentor, enhancing the overall camp experience.
- Perform thorough nighttime walk-throughs to ensure student safety and compliance with the program schedule.
- Manage wake-up and bedtime routines to facilitate timely attendance at all activities.
- Proactively report any code of conduct violations to maintain a respectful and secure environment.
- Act promptly in the event of health emergencies or incidents, prioritizing student safety at all times.
- This role will consist of scheduled active-duty shifts, and as needed coverage, including evenings and overnight hours. Must remain on site during programs for duty as needed.
- Attend a mandatory, comprehensive orientation session on June 19th, 2026, to understand role expectations and program protocols.

- CPR & First Aid certification to ensure readiness in addressing student safety concerns.
