Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant at our facility in Rockville, MD. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support physical therapists in delivering rehabilitation programs, provide quality care to patients, assist in patient treatment plans, and help individuals achieve their mobility and recovery goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed patient records and collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy practices and proven experience in Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong skills in Patient Care, focusing on individualized and quality care delivery
- Knowledge and experience in Orthopedics and its integration into therapy treatments
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team
- Licensed or certified as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Maryland
- Experience in clinical or outpatient settings is preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
