Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in East Orange, NJ, for an Inbound Sales Representative. The role includes managing inside sales, assisting customers with product inquiries, taking and processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also involve account management, addressing client needs, and maintaining strong relationships. Candidates should be prepared to work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Order Processing
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries effectively
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships and addressing customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with using sales or order management software is a plus
- Highly organized with attention to detail in order tracking and customer follow-ups
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are required and non-negotiable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are advantageous
